SUDHIR KUMAR JENA

A graduate in Physics with distinction and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, having vast experience in the field of Project Finance, Management Consulting and Insurance for more than 25 years, is the promoter director.

Mr.Sridhar Ramani

an engineering graduate from Anna University, Madras, having vast experience over 30 years working at senior management level both at private and public sector undertakings including Department of Defence, Comptroller of Auditor General of India and he was also heading a large PE fund before emarking his post retirement carier into Solar Energy and other mentoring services into various sector।। He is now on the board of the company as head of Panning and Startegy, Planning of larrge solar projects

Mr.P.KRISHNASAMY,Director & Promoter

He is a science graduate and Diploma in Electrical Engineering having more than 40 years of rich experience in India and aboard, Specialized in all aspects of Turnkey Solar Projects, Industrial Electrification, Substations up to EHV, Domestic /Residential / Commercial Buildings is advising the board of directors on all strategic affairs in various solar and electrical projects. He is also promoter & Managing Director of Powertech Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

DR. RATAN KOTIPALLI

He has done his Phd in PV Solar Technology from German (Institute for Information and communication Technology, Electronics, Mathematics) and a leading scholar all over world on PV Solar Radiation Technology, is Director of the company and advises the Board of Directors on new technologies and inventions in the field of PV Solar Technology and Solar industry heading the strategic and planning operations.

Mr.P K Elumalai

a science graduate , did his Masters in Business Administration, haing vast experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management over 30 years, got retirement from job as CEO of a MNC logistic company having world wide operations. During his long carrier he has handled many large projects like Hyundai, Ford, Flextronics, BMW and many more including large Power projects both wind, solar and thermal। Post retirement he has join our board as director business development . His large contacts at top level of management will be handy for the company to encash open large solar projects either on captive or third pary model

BIMAL KUMAR MISHRA

B Tech graduate with MBA having more than 25 years of experience in the industry with expertisation of installing more than 200 roof top solar projects all over eastern part of India.

Dr Biren Sahoo

A doctor by profession has done his MD from USA, has worked in many MNCs at various capacity relating to medicine and hospital management. His expertise in the subject will help the company to enter hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical industry.

KHIROD KUMAR JENA

A Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in Civil Construction and Project Management, is also an Associate Member of Institute of Engineers India, is heading the board of the company.

Mr.UMAKANT TIWARI

A graduate in commerce and CA, with more than 25 years of experience in handling large projects in India and across the world. His project experience and insurance relating to the same will be handy for the company to capitalize on business.At present he is heading the operation at Singapore.

G.V. SUBRAMANIUM

Holding a Masters in Technology from IIT,a master in Economics and Law , has vast experience in large power plant project execution, project design, management and legal aspects is heading the division of strategy and planning.

MUKESH JAITHALIA

A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant Of India, having rich experience in the field of Finance Advisory, Management Consulting and also associated with new edge technology based product development is heading Western India operations.

ARUN S JENA

A graduate in engineering from Anna University with MBA in BE looking after day to day business of the company.

ADITYA S JENA

Commerce graduate from University of Madras has done his post graduate Diploma in Finance from ACJ Bloomberg and has done MBA in Finance.
